The Synergistic family of companies has an expansive vendor pool that includes a broad range of contractors specializing in residential and commercial property repairs and maintenance. Our preferred partners will have access to Synergistics property management and community association management clients.
To serve our managed properties and mitigate risk, Synergistic property managers select vendors who have been vetted and have submitted compliance documents for verification in W-9, Certificate of insurance for general liability, workers’ compensation and auto coverages, and the Synergistic master service agreement. Our goal is to find and partner with quality vendors that fit the needs of our managed properties.
Once you enroll, complete the documents, and meet the necessary quality requirements, your company will become a preferred partner and be placed in a searchable directory.
How long does it take to become a Synergistic Preferred Partner?
The process takes approximately two weeks.
How will I be notified of my Preferred Partner status?
You will be notified by email.
Do you limit the number of Preferred Partners by geography or specialty?
No. We service the entire Tampa Bay area, and service is key.
How many projects can I expect from Synergistic?
It depends upon the repair and maintenance needs of our managed properties as well as your areas of expertise.
How long until I receive payment on a submitted invoice?
Processing occurs twice a month between the 6th-10th of the month as well as the 20th-25th of the month. Depending on when your invoice is submitted determines the processing period. Vendors can be paid via EFT or manual check.
