Problem-solving, expert negotiations, and exceptional customer service have been synergistic to Liz Welch’s successful career. She is the founder and owner of the Synergistic family of companies, which includes community association management (CAM), real estate, and property management. Her Midwestern work ethic, commitment to fairness, and transparency are central to her Synergistic Solutions. Liz’s dedication to prompt communication, including answering phone calls, texts, and emails within one business day, unless it is an emergency, ensures that all stakeholders feel valued and respected.
Liz mastered her problem-solving skills while supervising operations for several companies, most recently as the manager of Operations for Nielsen Research, which brought her to Tampa. Liz also owned and operated a gift basket boutique, and the Chamber of Commerce in her hometown of Omaha, NE, recognized her as “Small Business of the Year.”
Liz holds several certifications as part of her commitment to excellence, including Six Sigma Blackbelt, Performance Management Network, Licensed Community Association Manager, and Certified Probate Specialist. She holds leadership positions in the Women’s Council of REALTORS, Stellar MLS, and Florida REALTORS. Her other community positions include the Barrio Latino Commission—City of Tampa and Ybor Community Development Corporation (YCDC). Liz is the past president of BNI Tampa—Dealmakers. She is the founder and executive director of Entheos Leadership, a leadership program for young men.

As a REALTOR® and property manager for over 25 years, Kathy considers herself an asset manager and caretaker of others’ interests. She aims to net her clients the most income for their assets. Kathy informs her clients about every aspect of making one of the most significant purchases in their lives. Kathy came to Florida in 1989 from Kansas. While on vacation, she fell in love with beaches, weather, festivals, and sunshine and moved two weeks later. Before real estate, she worked with dropout prevention students in Pinellas County and was integral to getting middle school after-school programs. She enjoys spending time with ten brothers and sisters and watching her great nephews play sports. She loves to jet ski, boat, and spend time outdoors.
