Maria Elena D’Amico treats her clients with respect, dignity, and placing their needs above her own. Over her 20+ year career, 90% of her business comes from referrals – both past and present customers. She has seen the Tampa Bay area develop and grow over the last 40 years relocating from New Jersey in 1981.

As a tough and detail oriented residential property manager, it is her goal to relieve the stress of asset management. You will never see her face on a billboard. She will be behind the scenes being firm, fair and focused.
While working in real estate and property management, Maria Elena has developed a large reliable network. Her customers and friends often for referrals for home services (HVAC, electric, handymen, painters and pest control), travel agents, lawyers, insurance agents, and mortgages, to name a few. If she doesn’t have someone in her network, she will help you find them.
Maria Elena’s background includes IT consulting, business analyst, vendor manager, contracts negotiator and unpaid psychologist (she earned a B.S. in psychology. University of South Florida, 1986). She is very active in my professional and local community with leadership positions with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Stellar MLS, Hillsborough County Florida – Land Use Appeals Board, Lutz Citizens Coalition, Tampa Area Realtors D6 Leadership Program and BNI Prosperity in Action.

Liz Welch, owner/broker, has the sincere belief that customer service is of the utmost importance. There are many facets to real estate. Besides being a local expert, Liz Welch is focused, fair and firm when expertly negotiating and calmly navigating complexity. Fueled by a Midwestern work ethic, Liz is reliably by your side throughout the process. She has decades of experience in creating synergy with respect, ethics, creativity, tenacity and a customer centric focus.
Liz began her real estate career in 2011, became a broker in 2016 and created Synergistic Real Estate in 2019. In 2021 she opened Synergistic Property Management to augment her residential and commercial offerings. She specializes in the tri-county area including Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco.
Prior to her successful career in real estate, she honed her problem solving skills while she supervised operations for several companies and most recently as the manager of Operations for Nielsen Research which brought her to Tampa. Liz also owned and operated a gift basket boutique during which time she received recognition as “Small Business of the Year” by the Chamber of Commerce in her hometown of Omaha, NE.
As part of her commitment to excellence, Liz holds several specialities including Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Senior Residential Specialists and Certified Distressed Property Specialist. She holds professional and local community leadership positions with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Stellar MLS, Florida REALTORS®, Barrio Latino Commission – City of Tampa, Ybor Community Development Corporation (YCDC) and BNI Tampa – Dealmakers.
Dear to her heart is the non-profit Entheos Leadership which she founded and is currently executive director. Entheos Leadership provides unique opportunities and experiences for “at-risk” young men in the Tampa Bay area.
